University of Victoria

We care about the post secondary students on our University campus and to demonstrate that we support Caron Somers who is a Chaplin at UVIC. In addition we provide food items to the Student food bank. Our desire is to be supportive in practical and spiritual ways to those who are working hard to continue with their education.

Refuge Bus

We partner with Youth For Christ Victoria and other churches to provide a Double Decker bus for First Nations youth to hang out.
 
Rick Wismer and his outreach teams take their mobile youth center called “Refuge” weekly to Tseycum, Beecher Bay and T'Sou-ke First Nations.

We help to fund the chaplaincy program at our hospital and value the ministry of the present Chaplain Rev. Les Bonnell.

We value the elderly of our community and are actively involved at Sidney Care Home offering Sunday services on site.

Victoria Crisis Pregnancy Center

Our church partners with this vital service to reach out to those who need support when faced with an unplanned pregnancy. We have volunteers that serve at the center and we promote this ministry in various ways.
